Hoesan, Gangneung City |
I used half a roll of Foma 400 while still living in Gangneung, and the other half after I moved to Sokcho. This is the only photo worth sharing from that roll. Sad.
I've posted lots of photos like this one before. I suppose I'm posting it here today because I don't live in that neighbourhood anymore and won't be making more photos there. Goodbye, Hoesan.
See how nice your town can be if the council doesn't ruin it by allowing high-rise apartments. Maybe they want to ruin it, but no one has offered yet . . . . ?
I should have posted these photos from Shinheung Temple last Sunday, which was Buddha's Birthday in Korea. But considering that no one really knows when he was born, I suppose a few days late doesn't matter.
I only have three pictures worth sharing from my second roll of slide film. It's not the film's fault - it looked good even under harsh light with bright spots and deep shadows. There are few keepers because I was careless. I didn't choose times of day or weather that was suited for slide film photography and at some point I was rushing to finish the roll and send it off to the lab. Not a great mindset for using expensive film.
Some construction materials under a bridge. I went back to this spot with a digital camera a few days ago and couldn't get a similar result, even after screwing around in Lightroom for a while.Fuji 200, Nikon F6 Another test to see how I like Blogger versus Wordpress. Wordpress themes are irritating me.
